In Old Seagrove, located just outside of Seaside and 365 walking steps north of the beach is “Equilibrium”, an attractive fully renovated home sleeping 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). Nestled on a quiet lot with wooded views, Equilibrium offers the serenity you are looking for on vacation, while being just steps from the activities and events offered on Seaside’s Town Center. This home is equipped with wireless internet.

1st Level: Inviting screened porch entrance with ample seating is a relaxing place for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The entire first floor, with the exception of the tiled bathrooms, has wood flooring and beamed or vaulted wooden ceilings, which provides an open, warm welcome as you enter the home. The master bedroom is to the left of the living room with French doors leading out to the screened porch, king bed, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, entertainment armoire with LCD TV and private bath with walk-in shower and door leading to the side deck. The living room has a glass entertainment center featuring an inserted gas log feature, LCD TV, BluRay DVD player, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, sofa, coffee table, side chair with ottoman, end table, floor lamps, and utility closet where you’ll find the stackable washer and dryer. Extending the living room is an office area complete with desk, chair and lamp. Conveniently opening from either the living room or dining room is a full bath with tub/shower. Dining room ceiling has 20’ ceiling overlooked by the loft above, table with seating for 6 and sliding glass door leading to the outdoor side deck with an additional dining table and 4 chairs for your al fresco meals. Open kitchen has granite countertops, ample cabinet and storage space, stainless gas range, dishwasher, stainless fridge and additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar with wall-mounted LCD TV. Next to the kitchen is a French door which opens onto the rear deck with gas grill. Metal spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor.

2nd Level: The spiral staircase opens into the office with desk, lamp, padded wicker chair with ottoman and windows overlooking both the front and rear of the house. To the left is the carpeted queen bedroom with nightstand, lamp, 2 side chairs, ceiling fan and private tiled bath with walk-in shower and pedestal sink. To the right is the open vaulted loft, which is also carpeted and overlooks the dining room. Considered the 3rd bedroom, this vaulted loft is complete with twin beds, nightstand with lamp and seating area with sofa, two padded chairs, floor lamp, LCD TV and bookshelf.
Outside: Gravel driveway with parking for 4 cars, private outdoor shower, 12x18 private heated pool with pavered decking (fees apply for pool heating), 4 loungers, table with 6 chairs plus 2 additional side chairs.
