When arriving at Homecoming Cottage, leave your car and enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the beautiful beaches or to all the boutiques, restaurants and events in and around Seaside. Enjoy the sunset drinks at Bud' N Alleys, lunch time specials at Seagrove Market or elegant fine dining at Surfing Deer restaurant just minutes away!

Homecoming Cottage has been recently renovated and is a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with an enclosed front porch, outdoor patio, grilling area and a private heated pool. Recent renovations at Homecoming Cottage include updated kitchen, outdoor shower, and an added grilling deck. The home features all hardwood floors, granite countertops, and is well appointed throughout. Homecoming Cottage has ample parking, bike rack, and fire pit, along with stackable washer/dryer unit, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable.

The family area includes a 50” LED TV-DVD, working fireplace, a comfortable settee, side chairs, coffee table, several end tables with lamps. An open kitchen and dining combo adjoins an airy living area.
The kitchen has been recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and includes a cooker range, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and wine cooler. At the end of the kitchen is the dining area which contains a custom-made 7' wooden dining table, benches and chairs.

Behind the kitchen is a king bedroom which leads to an additional bedroom featuring two built-in twins overlooking the private pool. The king bedroom has a 39” LED TV and a walk-in closet. There is a private bathroom for this area with a tub/shower and sink.

The second floor contains 2 more bedrooms--one featuring a king-sized bed, dresser, 39" LED TV and a walk-in closet and the second bedroom which is ideal for children and offers a pair of twin beds, dresser, built-in closet space, and a wall-mounted 39” LED TV-DVD player. Both have access to a bathroom with a full walk-in shower and double vanity sink.

A 10' x 18' pool is just steps outside the back door (equipped with a pool safety alarm) in the private fenced back yard. Pool heat option available. The back yard features an overlook deck with a grilling/barbecue area, an outdoor shower area, an outdoor seating area with chaise lounges and table seating for four on the brick paved pool deck.
