This well appointed Florida cottage checks all of the boxes for your next beach vacation! Nestled on the treelined streets of Old Seagrove, this home offers the best of all worlds. With a massive backyard, filled with mature landscaping, you can relax around your private pool. An entertainer's dream, the backyard offers plenty of yard space to toss a football, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, grill up steaks on the grill, and feed your dinner guests under the cafe lights on the outdoor table.

The home offers 4 bedrooms spread across a single level. No stairs! The spacious master is filled with natural light from the backyard. Shiplap adorns the vaulted ceiling, and you'll feel like you are tucked away in your own private cottage! A king sized bed, nightstands, and a large dresser ensure you feel right at home. A large walk in closet and bathroom featuring double vanities, a makeup area, and a large walk in shower complete the master retreat.

The large open living area opens to the kitchen and dining area, where you can watch your favorite show while preparing dinner. The kitchen offers a large farm sink, gas range, walk in pantry, and a small bar area. Large windows fill the home with light, and you can easily keep an eye on kids in the pool from just about every room in the home.

Opposite the master bedroom you will find the other three bedrooms. A queen sized bedroom tucked at the front of the home has lovely views of the treed front yard and access to a full bathroom with an oversized vanity and glass shower. At the back of the home you will find a large laundry room, two additional bedrooms, and a full bath. There is a king sized bedroom at the very back of the home, which shares a full bath with the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom features a walk in closet and sliding barn doors off the hallway.

Wonderful Seaside Area Home

We loved this property. It is close to everything you need including the beach, Seaside center, and Publix. It's an immaculate home and very well maintained. One of the best things about this property in my opinion is it's a one story so no going up and down stairs. It has a great outdoor area around the pool with gas grill. We never used the firepit but there's a little seating area around the back that includes one. We only had to contact the management company for a couple of simple questions at the beginning of our stay and they were super helpful and responsive. I'd definitely stay at the property again.
