„Tinka“ apartment is on the first floor of the Luppo Villa and some 100 m2 big. It consists of two bedrooms (one of which has a balcony) with double beds and the third room with two twin beds.
The master bathroom with a toilet has a hydro massage bath tub, a bidet, a wash-basin, a hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom with a toilet has a hydro massage shower cabin. Coat racks and shoe cabinets are in the hallway. A three-seat sofa-bed, and a coffee table are in the living room.
A SAT TV, Internet access and digital control system for central heating and air-conditioning are provided in the living room. The spacious dining-room can serve six persons and has a direct exit to the balcony. The big fully equipped kitchen also includes a storeroom and a counter with two stools.
The apartment has two balconies altogether with seating sets and awnings for sun and light protection.
