reasonable price and quiet and good location to stay. Can go out easy to take a meal and can stay like own house. Room was enough clean but bit had a smell like a mold. But really enough good apartment to stay.

ホテルというより短期滞在の家具付きアパート

思ったより広く快適でした。ただ深夜に到着したせいもあったが、チェックインはスムーズにいかなかった。部屋に案内されてから2回も部屋の移動をお願いされてしまいました。 もともとアパートの仕様なので、受付の方などにホテルと同じものを求めるのは難しいとは思いますが、受付の人がよくわかっていない感じでした。 ですが部屋はそれなりに快適でした。

フロントのスタッフが酷い！

部屋は広くて清潔でキッチンもありとても静かで快適だったが、フロントにいた男性スタッフの対応が酷い！客に気づかずゲームに夢中、部屋への案内も説明もなし、笑顔もなく印象がとても悪かった、部屋はとても快適なのでサービスアパートメントでは利用してもいいが、ホテルとしてはもう泊まりたくない。

A brand new hotel, the room is large and very clean. The hotel staffs are friendly and nicely. Whole Hotel, room and service are not like an usual hotel as I stayed before in anywhere, but there is more like between hotel and guest-house. However, I would stay here again while next time come visitng Hanoi.
