About this property

The house consists of three floors recently restored. Structured for large families and events, companies and individuals. Equipped with a 60 "4K TV and Netflix Premium, a bookcase with more than 300 books and a shining table on the ground floor, we offer the best. Today, we are accommodating up to 34 people.

The floor has 350 m² and 360 m² of external area, with a large front garden.
The floor consists of family room, suite and quadruple room.
We have, as possible hobbies: books (children's literature to philosophical literature), netflix, board games and arriving at the leisure area on the ground floor (with the pool table and barbecue).
Large spacious living room and two dining rooms, cozy. And a kitchen, small but satisfying.
