It has an amazing landscape view of Bhubaneswar from its 12th Floor terrace, at one end you can see the track of Eastern Railway & Doon International School & on the other way you see flight landing & takeoff at Bhubaneswar airport. The best part is you observe all this infinite activities without a pinch of sound.
