Beautiful and cozy apartment on Porto das Dunas Beach in Aquiraz - CE, next to the Beach Park Water Park.
The condo has a beautiful adult / children's pool, sauna, barbecue, deck, TV and games room, children's playground, sports court, harness volleyball court and a parking space.
The apartment has approximately 65 m², with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, living room, balcony, bathroom and kitchen.
Beautiful view of the building's pool. Ventilated and on the shade side (very important, as the sun is very hot in Ceará - the apartments facing the west are very hot).
We have split air conditioning in both bedrooms, TV in the living room and in the suite, microwave, gas oven and stove, blender and sandwich maker. Electric shower and box in the bathrooms.
