In search of nature ...
We offer for renting a property of 1700 M² surrounded by nature, simplicity and lots of leisure options just 60 km from SP, located in São Lourenço da Serra.
The main house is simple, airy and light. It has 100 m² and comprises a large living room and 03 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a nice balcony area with hammocks for resting. The gourmet area is very wide and faces the Pool! This area is connected with the ballroom of just over 50m² which has sound equipment, games for the family and a bathroom. The Pool is very large and receives sun all day! It has a children's pool too!
At the back there is a simple field for sports and a beautiful orchard with several fruit trees and a small river.
