Next walk into the open living space with a dining and living room with breath taking views of Cape Cod Bay through newly upgraded windows. The dining room seats eight and is a perfect spot for having a meal while enjoying the amazing view. The living area has a floral couch and love seat with a glass door that opens to the incredible deck.

Adjacent to the dining room is a fully equipped sun splashed kitchen. The kitchen has a Bosch dishwasher, double door Kenmore stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice station built into the freezer door, LG - 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In True Convection Smooth Cooktop with 5 burners and range with EasyClean and Air Sous Vide, with top of the line Whirlpool microwave above. A two-seat breakfast bar and window bench is across from an undercounter refrigerator and small sink. Across the hall lies Bathroom 1: first-floor full bath with a shower and laundry equipped with high efficiency Kenmore Elite washer and dryer.

At the basement level you will find an office area with an all in one printer with a door out to the patio. Beach items are stored here for easy access outside from the office door.

A three burner Weber Grill is outside the office door. Propane refills are the responsibility of the guest, there is an ACE Hardware with propane refills available right up the road in Cedarville.

Four houses down, just a two minute walk there is a path with stairs to the beach. After the day at the beach wash off the sand from your day in the enclosed outdoor shower. On the brick patio cook a barbecue dinner on the gas grill while enjoying stunning bay views. A perfect family home great for summer vacationing.
