It is a beautiful 2 bedroom house, in the center of the land, in colonial style, with a suite in which I live and another room of 12.25 square meters, which I rent together with a private bathroom of 2X2 mts2, facing a beautiful front garden. It has indoor parking for up to 4 cars, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric oven. Has service area with tank and clothesline. It has a 12.90 square meter front porch with hammocks and a table with chairs. It has 2 loaded coconut palms, guava trees, plum trees and acerola. Living room with L-shaped table, creating an office niche with printer, cable TV with films and sports channels (more than 100 channels). Accommodate 3 people in 3 single beds. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom. The whole house is 90 square meters. The whole land has 392 meters 2. It is very close to the beaches of Itacoatiara and Itaipú, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, barber shops, several stores that sell various products.
