Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family vacation at these beautiful penthouses was incredible! All 14 of us, ages 1 1/2 through mid 60’s, had the vacation of a lifetime. The views and location are ideal.

Everything was great! Tons of dishes to use. Steps to the beach area. Whale watching from the balcony. Lots of great carry out restaurants nearby. Grill area was really nice. Comfy beds.

Good communication from host and on site manager. Fantastic view from the lanais. Saw a few turtles and a lot of whales. We had a family of 12 and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in at night.

Family Maui Vacation

Units were clean and kitchen was set for preparing meals etc.. Views were Fantastic. Whale watching from the lanai plus the occasional turtle passing by. Definitely would recommend staying in the future.

Unfortunately there seems to be some communication problems with this guest. I have left multiple messages way back in February for this guest, still to date 3/16/2025 they have not called me back.

Amazing views, great location

We enjoyed a very nice day during the Christmas holiday. We occupied three units. The highlight of this location is definitely the time spent on the lanai, looking over the beach, the waves, and when in season, the views of the whales. We also Saw a sea turtle, which was a very special experience. These units also have air-conditioning, which is something that is relatively rare on this side of the island. We had a few issues with the air conditioning, and the management was able to take care of the issues, even though there was a delay, understandable because of the holiday season. There is easy, walk ability to a very nice coffee shop, local restaurants, and a convenience store. There is also a nearby public park, although we wish the sidewalks around here were a little wider. Overall, it is a good value, and we were pleased with our visit.

The check in process was very easy with the directions we were given. The property manager for the 3 units met us and gave us additional information. The Hawaiian and Paradise penthouse do have incredible views. The Aloha Penthouse was unavailable to us do to a building revamping of the plumbing system. The owner did make an accommodation available for us which we are very appreciative of. However, we were able to view the Aloha and I can it is very well decorated. The Hawaiin and Paradise are also decorated very nicely. The penthouses were very clean; there were beach chairs available; the air conditioning was needed and worked very well. A kitchen faucet needed to be replaced and this was done without any issues. Having a washer and dryer available is good when you go to the various beaches in the surrounding area.This was for a 3 generation family trip and the penthouses worked out well for our family.
