This is a house that was planned for you who want to enjoy the period you chose to rest with peace and security. Facing the sea, a living room and kitchen overlooking the ocean. New house, super airy, practical and modern. Kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, beach chairs, parasol, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, shower, barbecue area and laundry with hot water. Covered garage, monitored alarm 24 hours.
Animals will not be allowed.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 5 people (including children)
Each additional person will be charged 25 reais a day.
