The property is built on three levels. The lower ground floor includes a large, en suite double bedroom with a kitchen and direct access to the garden. This room also has a sofabed for extra guests. On the ground floor you will find a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a WC. Finally the first floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and verandas with breathtaking views. One of the 3 upstairs bedrooms is en-suite.
Moving to the exterior, the building has a large garden (8.000 m2) and has extensive views towards the Saronic Gulf. The garden contains a large, well designed pool and poolside terrace, covered terrace with dining area, barbeque and lounge. The house is surrounded by lots of planting and a small olive grove. Private on-site parking is also provided.
