The house is accessible by a spacious step-free private entrance, adequately lighted. The guests will have access to all house facilities, internal and external. The second bedroom may be excluded; if the guests won’t need it. The front yard of the house may be used as a parking space for up to two cars. It is fenced with railings and is available at no additional cost.
The house is situated in the Ambelokipi area, 8 minutes walk to Ampelokipoi metro station. There are lots of supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes in the area.
The house is very close to hospitals (Elpis & Aghios Savvas) it is close to cinemas, traditional taverns, cozy restaurants, many coffee shops, bakeries, bars, street food, night life areas, ideal for those who wish to live extremely close to the center of Athens, without however experiencing the extremities of the hustle and bustle of the city and for those who are seeking out an authentic taste of the Athenian life.
