Very clean. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We had a yellow jacket problem. We killed 20+ yellow jackets inside the cabin during our stay. The fireplace also did not work which was disappointing, however we did not spend the time to call and try to get it fixed as we stayed busy the entirety of our stay. Overall a decent place to stay

Great cabin! Excellent for families!
This cabin is very close to all the action in Pigeon Forge, yet has the Mountain View you want. The location was perfect! The hot tub was fantastic, as was the pool table upstairs. It rained several days we were there so it was fun to hang out as a family playing pool and sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, as was the whole cabin. This was a great place to stay!
The cabin honestly needs a deep cleaning and a little maintenance. The curtains, ceiling vents, and the walls where the wood overlaps were extremely dusty. The guest bath shower looks great in the pictures, but 2 of the wall heads do not work and the main shower head leaks out the side of the nozzle. The guest shower drain cover is also not attached. Just by our children stepping on it, the cover would stick slightly to their wet feet and move, leaving the drain hole open. You can also tell the air hockey table is old. There is a large portion of the table where the air does not come through causing the puck to stop. For kids, this is very frustrating. The hot tub was nice, the location was perfect, and we also took advantage of the Xplorie tickets. Try the pizza place at the bottom of the hill, it is very good as well.
Initially the cabin was a little difficult to find, we arrived in the dark. Loved the view the next morning, there should have been some more basic needs (coffe filters) for that type of coffee machine etc. If you are staying longer than 1-2 days bring soaps/shampoo etc. There are no closet space for clothing Also the upstairs bedroom has some type of critters living in the loft/walls (hole) visible in rafters outside house, they can be heard very early am by the upstairs bed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay,
We loved the cabin's location and the decks are great - it was perfect for our family of four (2 adult children). We spent lots of time in the Smoky Mountain National Park.
An area of improvement for the cabin would be to have a better stocked kitchen for meal preparation - especially during these COVID times when people probably tend to cook in more. There was one multiple purpose fry pan and a very small pot which is too small to cook most things. There were also only 2 small wine glasses. Plenty kitchen utensils and dishes.
The views were amazing. The downstairs of the cabin is congested and small. I was disappointed for broken blinds and busted curtain rod in the bathroom upstairs. Going to just be in the National Park, I hated the feeling of being so shut in. And the bags of tied off clean sheets, etc stashed everywhere in the open are not so zen.
We thoroughly enjoyed the views, the beautiful leaf change was amazing. Overpriced for what the cabin offers outside of the view but understand with how busy it was there this past week, we were in prime leaf change and people paid high dollar to see it.
Communication was quick and easy outside of long repeated messages. Check in is super easy and listing was accurate!
The house was perfect for our family of 4 with two older teen boys. Upstairs room was perfect for the boys who played pool and hung out on the balcony. Spouse and I loved our coffee and reading every morning on the porch and the great view. Only two criticisms: the kitchen is not well-stocked - no cutting board, no pot big enough to boil a box of pasta, not enough plates for more than one meal, and the knives are terribly dull; and the sheets are the thinnest I have ever slept in. Still good location and nice house - would bring some of my own supplies though next time.
The cabin is beautiful. Fully furnished. Great location. However I was not happy to come in to fruit snacks on the floor upstairs, cookies in the cabinet, the light in the hot tub didnt work but the hot tub did work & was great, the boards on the decks have not been stained & properly taken care of. The 2nd floor is the only "view" but it is a good one. The 1st floor is nothing but trees. Overall we was happy with our stay and would return again.

Disappointed - Long review but might be worth reading
We were extremely excited for our trip but were soon disappointment upon arrival. The name of this cabin needs to be updated. As another reviewer mentioned, the view was not 'priceless' as the trees and greenery had grown up past the second deck (leaving no mountain view from the first deck). We noticed the reviewer’s comment before booking but also saw the owner responded stating that they would take care of the issue for future guests... they had not. In fact, upon booking, we also requested to ensure this was taken care of before our arrival but that still didn’t happen. The trees have grown right in the middle of the view leaving little to see on each corner of the second deck. If you visit during the winter months, you may have better luck as there will be no leaves but still something to consider.
Another disappointment was the cleanliness. At first glance, the cabin appeared clean but as we started getting comfortable it was obvious that housekeeping does the bare minimum. We noticed a lot of dust, grime, and cobwebs and a bigger concern was the black mold/mildew surrounding the inside of the shower door upstairs. The dishwasher also smelled bad leaving us with little confidence that the dishes were cleaned thoroughly.
The description claims that this place is luxurious but with the broken blinds, creaking/loose planks on the decks, sandpaper-like towels, and extremely rough toilet paper, we beg to differ. Also know that you will hear loud bangs every so often from, what we believe to be, branches hitting the cabin.
Along with the cons of this cabin, there are a few good things to note. Check-in was simple and we appreciated the contactless process during COVID. We didn’t use them but the attraction tickets that come along with the stay are a bonus. The pool table was nice after a long day of hiking and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the national park was great.
Overall, if you simply want a place to crash this might suffice (despite the price) but if you're looking for a hang out spot, I wouldn’t choose this unless there are major improvements in cleanliness and there was actually a view.
Note: We cannot speak to the full responsiveness of management (aside from not resolving the view issue) as we did not call regarding our concerns. We were out & about most of the time and did not feel comfortable having people in and out of the cabin with our belongings without us there.
We were extremely disappointed in the view from our cabin. Especially considering the name of the cabin was “Priceless View” and we didn’t have a priceless view as the weeds and greenery was grown up as high as the top deck. We paid too much money, and traveled way too far to be let down like that. We were extremely disappointed and slightly pissed off.
Great views, easy access, and a nice overall experience.
After a bumpy start with some issues at our cabin, the owner/management really stepped up and made this an excellent experience. We will go back again soon!
We had a couple minor issues at the beginning of the stay, but Bear Cabin Rentals were quick to remedy the issues. I would recommend this to any families of 5-6 or less.
Had some minor issues that were resolved quickly. Blinds in Master bedroom were broken (fixed in the first day) and sofa bed in the second floor was badly damaged but still functional (still needs work). One item not mentioned (or fixed) was the toilet in the Master bath had a slow leak into the bowl. This was not an issue for us but will run up the water bill over time.
Overall it was a nice place with a good view and fireworks (from Dollywood) every night at 9:40.
I like location , it is near to all activities in pigeon forge area. Very nice views from balcony.
It need some upgrade with furniture especially sofas , one of them is ripped and other ones are not firm enough to sit

The name says it all
Just likes the cabins name, the view was priceless. Space was open and airy. Soaking tub upstairs was only second to the view. The one tv in the bedroom wasn’t working but it was promptly fixed(I didn’t want to watch tv anyway when I had scenery like that but my son did). Bear camp cabin workers were very kind and efficient.
We took advantage of some of the Explori perks- Hatfield and mc coy dinner show and oprey were great, my son loved top jump, and we all enjoyed the daily free ice cream(they allowed us the split up the two scoops into two different cones for about $1.50 I believe).
Overall an amazing cabin, only negatives is that I felt it could be a little cleaner upon arrival(hot tub had hair in it and film at waterline and floors could have been better swept) and thought they should have had salt and pepper there for renters to cook w. All and all it was wonderful and would definitely rent again if returning to that area. Thanks for letting my family stay at your lovely cabin.

Nice place to visit
Everything was fine during our visit. As recommendation pictures can be more clearer. On the second floor there is no separated room, it is a room combination with play room.

Beautiful Cabin
My family and I absolutely loved our 9 day stay in the Priceless View cabin. Everything about it was beautiful! The inside felt just like it looked...a cabin in the mountains. But it had many special features...like the hot tub! We were able to enjoy our stay and relax while there.

Great cabin, great location for small family
Priceless View was a gorgeous cabin in the perfect place in relation to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean and tidy. The blinds could use some updating and replacement. Several blinds were broken and not working, but other than that no complaints! Bear Camp was very friendly and efficient in the check in process.
