Aloha and welcome to paradise! We are located on Kauai's beautiful south shore known for it's sunshine and pristine beaches. The Kiahuna plantation sits on 35 tropical acres landscaped with rolling lawns, koi ponds, the renowned Moir gardens, palm trees, and our OWN WORLD CLASS SANDY BEACH!!! In fact, our complex is the ONLY condo complex in Poipu that is BEACHFRONT.
Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is a 3rd level, end unit with INCREDIBLE OCEAN VIEWS from the kitchen, dining room and family room. This condo is fully furnished, has all the comforts of home and you can comfortably sleep 4 people with 1 king size bed and a sofa sleeper. After a day filled with adventure enjoy a relaxing evening on your private lanai. Sip on a Hawaiian Mai Tai and take in Kauai's breath taking sunset.
If location is important to you, look no further as you will be in the PERFECT SPOT to access all of the amazing adventures while staying in UNIT 215.
We have added A/C to our condo; just another incredible addition to make your stay in paradise as comfortable as possible!

This was a great launchpad for our first trip to Kauai. Proximity to the beach was great, and we also enjoyed the pool and gym at the Athletic club across the street. Extremely clean and a good ocean view.

It is such a cozy, comfortable condo. It is closer to the beach than we were expecting, and you can walk almost anywhere you need to. Host was super responsive and the entire process was easy.

The unit was really nice and exactly as pictured. Due to a delayed flight we arrived late and was a bit cinfused on the location for check in. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc) were in need of replacement as the umbrella was broken and the beach chair was more of a camping chair. Overall this place was very nice. It was quiet and the view was beautiful!

Great Location for Beach Access and Seeing the Entire Island

We had a great time during our stay at Kiahuna Plantation. Our unit was centrally located so that we could visit different parts of the beach or other parts of the island with just a short drive. We preferred being located on Kiahuna Beach for the smaller crowds, but we were able to easily walk down to Poipu beach for some of it's amenities as well. We went there for Puka Dogs and to see the sea turtles come up on the beach in the evening.

Beautiful property and beach

We loved our stay here. The vibe at Kiahuna is very relaxed, and the access to the beach is great. The ventilation is enhanced by being an end unit - we never needed the A/C. The unit is very well equipped. The lanai is large and comfortable, and has a great view of the ocean. We look forward to coming back to this unit.

Mother, Daughter vacay!!

This was my 1st time back to kiahuna plantation in over 12 years. My daughter and I met my sister and her family over in Kuai. the condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed, loved the air conditioning. It was so great to come back to after a hot day at the beach. The master bed was amazing! Sooo comfortable!! The view was perfect.

The condo was very Nice overall and the ocean view is amazing. The only recommendation is bring year plugs there are shutters instead of windows which is really cool for the breeze but does not provide sound protection from neighbors or roosters that scream all night

This was our second year returning to Kelly’s fabulous condominium at the Plantation Resort. It’s such a no brainer for us - we love cooking in the kitchen and dining while looking out at the sea. Everything is within walking distance. I love surfing out front while my man reads nearby! Can’t wait to come back again next year.
