A great little getaway!
This was our first time staying at Aloha Kai. We like to stay on the beach when we visit Siesta Key but due to us only flying in for a long weekend, our usual rental wasn't going to work. Aloha Kai is a beautifully maintained, quaint property. We enjoyed morning beach walks and there were always plenty of beach chairs for relaxing. Had we stayed longer, we would have also used the pool, which was large and well kept. The AC in our room was loud - something I didn't mind but my husband had some trouble sleeping. The walls are on the thinner side as this unit is shared with others. While the property as a whole was quiet, we had some loud neighbors but they always quieted down by 11 pm. The room was fine for us for a few days but on our next stay, we'd opt for something bigger if we stay longer. The bed was advertised as a queen but was a full. Not a huge deal to us as it was quite comfortable. Other than that, the room was exactly as it was pictured. The closet was full of beach needs, including some lotions, sand pails, chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. Management communication was great via text and email. All in all, we had a lovely stay and look forward to our next visit!

Nice place
Small space. But don’t need much when on vacation. Beach is walkable. Anything else is too far of a walk.

As advertised
Not much to this place other than a place to sleep. Good bed, on Siesta Key, clean bathroom and fairly priced. If you’re looking for the basics, this place fits the bill. The communication was good with the host and the checkin was great as it’s a code lock front door. The place was exactly as advertised and we were able to enjoy beautiful SK.

Small but comfortable
Very much like a hotel room and not an apartment. It had an adjoining door to another unit and you can hear everything through the door. Complaints were handled effectively and quickly. There is only a coffee maker, toaster and small fridge. No microwave, utensils or dishes. But within walking distance to the beach and is a gated community. Very adequate for us.
