Excellent place with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen with all household utensils, lawn around the house, very clean, with adult / children's pool, playgraund, soccer field with emerald grass, pool 1.10 x 0.90 m, brand new and barbecue, 10 km from the city center, dirt road that does not flood, only 3.5 km of dirt road, located in the district of Potonzinho.
