My little piece of land

Large farm with two bedrooms, TV room, with closed external balcony, games room (pool table), pool area (solar heated), large barbecue area. Located in a quiet and safe rural neighborhood, access from the street with 500 meters of asphalt and the rest (800 meters of gravel). Away from the city 8km. Nearby there is a pqno restaurant for homemade food (Cabana Da Serra), as well as a Mercadinho Três Barras neighborhood market.

A casa é totalmente a descrita no anuncio, muito bonita com tudo que se necessita pa uma estadia confortavel, a única coisa a melhorar são os chuveiros que não são os melhores para o frio. O anfitrião Luiz é ótimo e ajudou muito meu agora noivo na organização de um pedido de casamento. Super recomendo.

A chácara é incrível! Casa bem grande, organizada, limpa e confortável, com todos utensílios necessários. A área externa tem muito verde ao redor e bem limpa. Nossa cachorra e filho adorararam! Um paraíso no meio da Natureza

Lugar perfeito para fugir da correria do dia a dia. No meio da mata, porém há apenas 1,5Km da estrada entre Lindoia e Serra Negra. O ideal e certificar-se de levar tudo que precisa pra curtir esse paraíso cercado de verde sem sair de lá... Muitas plantas, muitos pássaros, um ar limpo e fresco com uma piscina deliciosa. Ainda tem TV, mesa de bilhar, churrasqueira, cozinha bem completa, banheiro bom, camas bem confortáveis (inclusive o sofá-cama). O proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo desde antes da hospedagem até o momento do checkout. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui.
