The third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a vanity sink. The home includes 2.5 baths, WIFI throughout, Bluetooth-ready sound system, and a smart TV in the living room and each bedroom. A whole-house water filter system and safety grab bars in the shower and tub are included. Outdoor features include a large landscaped patio/deck area, an enclosed beach shower with hot and cold water, and a gas grill. A community lot offers extra parking for a boat trailer or RV.
