An amazing place

I truly enjoyed every part of the property the only thing I would change is better utensils to cook with other than that the place was awesome

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful and we loved the layout of it. There was minimal wear and tear that could use some updating. The location is great and close to everything for the most part. Also the jacuzzi had issues a few times and we called maintenance to come out fix them a few times. The blower (bubbles) would only run for about 5 minutes at a time and shut off and we would have to wait about an hour to turn them back on again so that was unfortunate. Also with the jacuzzi heater we were told to run it for about 3 or 4 hours before it would actually heat up the jacuzzi water. Also on our last day the water to the entire villa shut off completely and maintenance came out to fix it. On the positive side the amenities are wonderful and convenient and overall we enjoyed our stay.

great place

A couple small minor issues that were fixed right away. very impressive. Marcelo was great and Doris who cleaned everyday was also great. Anything I needed - I only had to ask and it was done. Castaways food was also very good.

Awesome stay

This place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and all around perfect. The hot tub and view just sets the place off and takes it to the next level. Love this place and will definitely be booking it again.
