Featuring an open floorplan where you’ll find plenty of room for you and your guests to stretch out. The kitchen has all you’ll need to make great meals before or after venturing out for the day, or you can relax and admire the scenery on the deck. The main bedroom features 1 king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed. There are two full beds in the third bedroom and two twins in the 4th bedroom allowing 10 people to sleep here comfortably. This home has only been rented to friends and family before and is now available for the first-time to the general public. This home is located within walking distance to Top Golf 5 minutes from Germantown and Titans stadium, First Horizon Park and Buds and Brew.

Girls trip

Location was easy to get to. Not far from the interstate to get anywhere in Nashville. Ubers were decent prices to get to Broadway or Oprland area. Lots of stairs! One bedroom near garage all others on the top floor. (Basically 3 floors) Very comfortable beds! Bathrooms were nice sizes. We did have some issues with cleanliness and the smell of marijuana. We just opened the doors and Clorox wipes the light switches and door knobs. I did let the property mgr know about the dirty walls and surfaces. I was told they would get with the cleaning staff. Overall it didn’t really affect our stay at all.

Weekend stay was great

Pros: Everything was as presented in the pictures. 2 min from a supermarket + gas. Cons: Arcade machine wouldn't boot :(

Pictures are deceiving

Horrible neighborhood. Property is nothing like the pictures they were photo shopped. Broken and missing blinds at every window. No window covering in bathroom. House basically vacant not a true vacation property. Vacationer beware. We walked in and only stayed one hour. We had to find another property last minute.
