Totally renovated with all the upgrades. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous kitchen with new stainless appliances, and marble counters. Comfortable living room furniture with queen sofa bed. Large 55" TV with tons of channels, and free wi-fi. Bedroom has smart tv, queen bed, comfy linens, tile floors throughout and large ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Bathroom has large tile shower with glass door. Gorgeous vanity with upgraded fixtures. All linens/towels for use in the condo are provided for your stay-including beach towels! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets from the balcony over the Gulf. The updated space has new stainless steel appliances, new sleeper sofa, mattress, bedding, high top dining table and more! The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). On the 8th floor -easy access to beach & pool! A wonderful space for couples - Balcony with sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Charcoal grills are just steps away. We even have a fitness/exercise facility available for your use. Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security, and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and emerald water. Seasonal beach service is included with rental (a set of loungers and an umbrella; March - October) Additional discounts for beach activities available as well! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets from the balcony over the Gulf. it's the Sunbird in Panama City Beach, need I say more?

If you have stayed in the Sunbird, it's a typical Sunbird room. The owner sets this room apart from others. Pam was great to work with and very prompt on responding and accommodating! We will defiantly keep this room on my 'return to PFN list of rooms' when checking for future available dates/stays. Tyvm Pam!

Construction

I was never told about all the construction going on and it was hard to get anywhere r get to elevator cause of the construction going on and got there and the main big pool was closed it would had been nice if someone been truthful and told me about all the construction going on and trying to get around everything was dangerous and everyone there with condos was not happy and said if they knew all this construction was going on they would had stayed somewhere else….

Great view

Property could use paint job. Lots of unmatched paint. Missing trim. Tub was a little dirty. Lots and lots of construction on the property, very noisy, only one working elevator, and was being used by construction crew to move debris between floors. Location was great, view was great.

Wonderful view and awesome location

I rented this condo with my parents and two children. It was a little small for us, but the view and location made up for it. It definitely needs a deep clean, floors were very dirty. Overall great place! Also, loved that we never waited for the elevator.

Our family is in Minnesota... and we love the beach! We love spending time in PCB and just don't get enough. Knowing it is a place we want to keep coming back to - we decided to invest in great properties that people would choose first to stay in.

Why they chose this property

The views inside the condo and out are unbeatable. The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. It has easy access to the beach and pool, gated community and heated pool next to the unit. We love to be able to see sunsets from our balcony.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
