初めての民泊でドキドキでしたが2家族8名での利用でとても快適でした

初めての民泊でドキドキでしたが2家族8名での利用でとても快適でした。フロアのしっかりした間仕切りはトイレと洗面所の入口のにでしたが、気心知れた友人家族でしたので着替えの時や洗面所を使う時は声をかけながら使いました。洗濯もでき浴室乾燥も可能で長期滞在には良いと思います。

妻と再従姉妹夫妻の4人で宿泊しました。清掃もとても行き届いて、家具や照明ののチョイスも良く、入室すぐおおと声を出してしまうほどでした。今回は使用しませんでしたが、コンロや洗濯機があるのは長期宿泊する方には好都合かと。瓦町駅が最寄りで、電車バスの利便性も高く、近所に薬局やコンビニエンスストアもあるので立地条件は良いと思います。チェックイン/アウトの場所であるロイヤルパークホテル高松までは徒歩10分程かかります。また、車での移動になるとホテル前の国道11号線の交通量が多く、交差点がすぐそこなので、右折レーンに入るのが困難で回り道をしなければなりませんでした。チェックイン/アウトの際は車ではなく徒歩の方がスムーズで良いかと思います。駐車場に関しては、Alphabet高松瓦町IIの近くには有料駐車場がそれなりにあるで、ロイヤルパークホテルの向かいにある駐車場を使うより便利で比較的安価で利用できます。(スタッフに薦めです) 部屋の雰囲気が落ち着いていて、とても居心地の良い一泊になりました。機会があったらまた利用したいと思っています。
