At SYE39 "Serenity and peacefulness" is the house core concept
Room 001 is Our family size studio located on the 2nd floor of the house with comfortable compact size for4 people at about 60 sqm space.,
The room is fully furnished with 1 double bed and 2 single beds , en suite with private shower bathroom with basic toiletries, living area with sofa and smartTV. We also provide, slipper, towels , hair dryer,small safty box, instant coffee in every room. Daily free light snack, instant noodle , soft-drink and drinking water is arranged for you in the refrigerator in the kitchen on ground floor.
At our place we would highly recommend to see some good art pieces from our good friend, Jhoanne, (please see her photo in the gallery) who have found her passion in colors through abstract paintings. We decided to display all her work at our property If you like any of her work please, do let us know as it is also for sale. Part of the proceeds will be giving to charity work.
