Our guest cottage provides the privacy you’re seeking with your own private entrance, behind a gated driveway in a peaceful neighborhood.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, many pillows and with ample storage in the dresser and closet to keep your belongings organized and out of sight.

In the living area you'll find a comfortable seating arrangement, thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or simply enjoying a good book, this space is designed to cater to your needs.

Have to get some work in while you're away? I've considered that as well. You will find a computer desk with a chair and lamp perfectly set up so you can be comfortable while you get those work hours in.

Enjoy cooking your own meals in the well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots & pans and starter seasonings and utensils to cook up what you desire. If eating out is your preference, I've provided a "favorites" list to get some delicious local food.
*Kitchen includes stove top, toaster oven, crock pot, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker (no oven)

Now can we talk about the outdoor amenities? This charming cottage boasts a private tennis court, perfect for those who enjoy a friendly match or wish to refine their skills. Keep hearing about pickleball and want to give it a try? I've provided a portable pickleball set complete with net, paddles and balls. (stored in a black bag in the bedroom closet.) If basketball is more your thing, fear not - we have a basketball court as well so you can shoot some hoops and stay active during your stay.

Prefer the beach? I’ve provided beach chairs, towels and a couple of boogie boards for your beach enjoyment. The beach is where I love to spend my time so I got you covered :)

We have coin operated laundry available on site so if you’re staying for a while you won’t have to pack your whole closet.

Free fast WiFi, Roku TV so you can log into your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc.

A cot is available for additional guests, please request it when booking.

Nice stay

Very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bed was great. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood, nice landscaping. Couldnt find pickleball stuff.

Cute property!

Such a cute place to stay! I didn't even get to enjoy the tennis courts, as I was just in town for my friends wedding. But the view from the slider is fantastic, and the property was clean and very quiet.

Clean, convenient and spacious

The property lived up to it’s billing. For us, it was a great location in a very safe neighborhood. If we have to go back to the area, we would stay there. We locked ourselves out. The property manager got us back in in short order.

Hi! I'm excited to welcome you to my home. I grew up in the Seattle area and have lived in several other states including Utah, Texas and California. I love spending time at the beach, reading, hiking, paddle boarding, and traveling.

My husband and I have 5 kids and love to explore new areas. We often travel with our kids so we can share these experiences with them as well. One thing we learned fairly quickly is that staying in hotels did not suite our family very well so we started renting homes instead. Soon this became a passion of mine, to offer homes to other travelers so they can feel the comforts of home away from home. I hope you enjoy your time at my place and fell welcomed here.

Why they chose this property

I love this Cottage right on the Tennis/ Basketball Court! You can see the court from the kitchen and dining windows and the gardens in the spring and summer are simply beautiful. It's such a peaceful spot, set in the backyard in a very quiet neighborhood. It has easy access to the 101 though you wouldn't know it while you're there. We are just 20 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes to Solvang and 40-60 min to either San Luis Obispo or Santa Barbara. We're also 1/2 way between Los Angeles and San Francisco so we are truly in the middle of it all!

What makes this property unique

I love that this cottage is so unique with its own tennis court. If you love pickleball or have always wanted to try it, I've provided a portable pickleball net with paddles and balls for your use. This is a fantastic setting for a great time but also for relaxing.
