About this property

The best location in Orlando. Our apartment is completely renovated with a beautiful wooden floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen all brand new with everything you need for your stay. Do not miss an incredible vacation in a privileged place. In the heart of International Drive, an area full of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and many attractions. Very near to Universal Studios, Convention Center, Sea World and a few minutes from Disney.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and its on suite bathroom has a shower. The other bedroom has one full and one twin bed and its bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The couch in the living room is convertible into a queen bed. There is also a pack ‘n’ play for infants and booster.
The kitchen has a two burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender and every dishes that you need.
Washer and dryer are on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building you will be staying at. Each cycle is $ 2.50.
Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking. Ice machines and vending machines are on in each building.

Great location

This condo was great for what we needed. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location to the convention center was great. The condo was clean and had a great view. Would stay here again.

Responsive Property Manager

We appreciated the attentiveness and responsiveness of the property managers & having a kitchenette was very nice! Bedrooms & bathrooms were a bit cramped but met our needs of having separate spaces for kids & parents. Overall upkeep of the Enclave property was disappointing & seemed to be an HOA issue. Windows, elevators & carpet in common space were dated & very dirty. We tried using the stairs but the foul smells in the stairwell were unbearable.

It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive (Madame Tussauds, Aquarium, Orlando Eyes e etc) and the famous Orlando amusement parks:
The 4 Disney Parks are a 18 minute car drive away
Universal Studios and Vulcano Bay Water Park are about 8 minutes away
It’s 10 minutes from Sea World and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 9 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.
If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle departing right outside the guest registration area (not free). Fees do apply!
