AMENITIES: Our condos are thoughtfully clustered around the Town Center, a lively hub that comes alive with special events, engaging activities, and live music during peak season and holiday weekends. Enjoy convenient access to an array of nearby resort-style amenities, including three elegant pools, two picturesque lakes, a fishing dock, inviting fire pits, a well-appointed fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a charming pirate ship playscape. On-site dining options further enhance the experience, featuring a delightful Mediterranean bistro and a welcoming pizzeria.

Stay with us in the Happy Crab and become a happy camper! This fully stocked, third floor, three bedroom condo is in the heart of Cinnamon Shore. Take advantage of the proximity to our three resort-style pools, two lakes, three restaurants, and our lawn games and seasonal activities. You will never run out of fun!

The master bedroom with a king bed is accessed through a private hallway with a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower and a peek of the bay through the window. The second bedroom off of the living room features a queen bed and glance of the Still Water pool through the windows. A jack and jill bathroom with a shower and double vanity connects the bunk room and queen bedroom.

Whether you're lounging in the colorful living room or preparing a meal together in the well stocked kitchen; family time is the best time at the Happy Crab.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Happy Crab is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Happy Crab the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Happy Crab was not so happy. Very pretty and great set up. Unfortunately the hot water heater wasn't working, the vent over the stove was not connected to anything and the place filled with smoke every time we cooked. The management was kind, however it took half our stay to get the hot water working. I loved the beach and time with family. I think there should be some survey you fill out with your departure stating how things are working in your rental. That way things can be fixed in a timely manner and guests won't be put in a property that isn't ready.

Everything you need and especially convenient because it is a single story condo! No worries about hauling luggage up a flight of stairs or little one falling going up and down.
