We are following the CDC's guidelines for cleaning and disinfection on all surfaces (including railings, switches, doorknobs, etc.) using EPA-approved products expected to be effective against COVID-19; plus, we launder all of our linens and towels using free + clear laundry sanitizer (along with free + clear detergent) using the warmest water temperatures and allowing all linens and towels to dry completely. You can rest safe and be assured that your safety and well-being are our top priorities in order to protect you from the COVID-19 virus. The Modern Swann @ Serenbe is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation or even a quick getaway with family, friends, and/or colleagues. All of your guests (adults, children, and even well-behaved dogs) can fully immerse themselves in all that Serenbe has to offer by exploring the community or by just enjoying all the amenities of the Modern Swann. For example, while your children are hanging out on the terrace level enjoying all of the activities and games, you can be relaxing on the main level (or even the upper level on the "perch") spending time with your family and friends.

Access to a golf cart, enjoying the in-ground pool with swim jets, or hanging out in the hot tub with a fire in the outdoor fireplace will all help to make your stay not only enjoyable but extremely memorable. Our home is also pet-friendly with a fenced-in backyard. Conveniently located in the Swann Ridge Hamlet of Serenbe, it is within walking distance (or a short golf cart ride away) to all events + attractions Serenbe has to offer.

Wonderful Stay in Serenbe

My husband, 1.5 year old twins, and dogs stayed at the modern swan for thanksgiving holiday. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, everything was just as they had described online, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our kids needs with baby gates already in place as well as a check out that worked with their nap time. We will absolutely stay here again on future trips to Georgia. Serenbe is a wonderful, family friendly community!

A Week of Bliss!

Perfect location for walking to the best Serenbe has to offer or take the golf cart both options are equally enjoyable. The property is stunning & honestly one week wasn’t enough time to do & see everything that we wanted. There’s always next time- Hope to see you again soon Modern Swan!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

House was lovely, clean, extremely comfortable beds, great amenities! We will be coming back another time for sure. Susan and Bobby were great and attentive we are grateful they opened up their home for us to enjoy our weekend away!

The house is great. The pool on-site is a nice benefit. There are multiple really great spaces for relaxing. We enjoyed grilling steaks and hanging out on the screened porch and the kids swimming in the pool. Highly recommend this property for families with 5 y/o plus kids and would be great for older kids.

We are so happy to be a PREMIER PARTNER on VRBO representing several properties on the south side of Atlanta (Serenbe + Newnan). We take a lot of pride in all properties we both own and the properties we represent.

We started out hosting our RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH! Fun fact...both the RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH and THE MODERN SWANN were built by Bobby (he is the owner of BCC Builders). So, as you can imagine, we take a lot of pride and care in our homes and love sharing our "pet" projects with all of our short-term rental guests!

No matter which property you stay at - the RETREAT, the MODERN SWANN, the MANOR, and/or the HIDEAWAY - our main goal is to have you love the home as much as we do (or the respective owners do).

On a personal note, when Susan is not getting our properties ready for a new guest, she is usually grading papers or researching in her areas of expertise. Her “real” job is a college professor at a local university teaching business communication to undergraduates and strategic business communication to MBA students. Susan is originally from Buffalo, New York and has been in Georgia for the past 12+ years, and Bobby is an actual home-grown native of Atlanta from the Buckhead area.
