Summer Winds, a second row Garden City Beach community, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a swimming pool. Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st. 16 homes across the street from the beach with covered porches and covered parking. #14 accommodates 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles and a sofabed. Sylish and modern yet comfortable! WIFI, gas grill, wall-mounted flat screen TVs in each bedroom and many more of the conveniences that you enjoy in your home! Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Family Getaway

We had an overall good experience! Location to beach was great, pool was nice to have, Dunes Realty was easy and pleasant to deal with. Our only complaint would be the house was not as clean as we would have liked and based on the online profile the location of the house is not accurate. Summer winds 14 is located at the back of the property rather than the front as shown.
