About this property

A feel-good, loving mindful space offering a great location walkable to West Asheville. 10-minute drive to downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from the Asheville airport. One bedroom loft, one bath, kitchen with an induction stovetop, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and toaster. A little breakfast bar with 2 stools and a sitting room with a small couch large enough for 3 people. Access to our communal stone patio for outdoor relaxing and backyard trampoline for some "bring you back to your childhood" fun! Free access to loving our super sweet cat Una and dog Shiloh.

Asheville Getaway 2/16/24

This charming mini house was the perfect home base for our recent trip to Asheville. It is located directly behind the owners house in their quiet neighborhood. The space is small, but efficient. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean, and the bed in the loft space was so comfortable. I slept better than I ever have in a bed outside of my own. Candra, the host, was excellent at communicating. Not only did she give clear instructions for check in/out, but she also gave recommendations on hikes, coffee shops, and other things to do around Asheville. She and her family were on vacation while we were there, so we did not get to meet them. This location is a 10 min drive from downtown Asheville, a 3 min drive to Westville, and within an hour drive to numerous hiking spots. If you're looking for a cozy and quiet space away from the business of the city, I'd highly recommend Asheville Getaway.

Amazing place to stay

Loved this place! Went to Asheville to adventure and see the Biltmore. 10 minutes away from everything. Great coffee shops and family owned restaurants all around. Great place to stay if you wan to disconnect from everything. Was upset I didn’t realize there was no TV but appreciated it afterward because it let you get away from technology. Super clean and has all the necessities you need. Very quite neighborhood with really friendly neighbors in the area. Highly recommend anyone staying here here! Thanks again guys for accommodating!

Hello! We are a sweet, friendly, hardworking family with a lot of love and adventure in our lives. We are so excited to have this cute little house to share with travelers wanting to check out Asheville and the surrounding area. It is a really special place a short drive to downtown Asheville and walkable to Haywood Rd and West Asheville shops and restaurants. We love to hike, swim, bike and adventure. We enjoy being able to walk into town and go to dinner or ride our bikes down to the River Arts District. We would love to host you!

Why they chose this property

We have a super friendly neighborhood with Malvern Hills Park just a few short blocks away, with access to the Hominey Creek Walkway that connects to Carrier Park and the River Arts District. We are less than a mile from Haywood Rd. with shopping, restaurants, and our Tuesday pm farmers market. We love being so close to 240, 40, and the Blue Ridge Parkway for easy travel in the surrounding areas.
