Our modified charming turn of the century 1900's beach cottage has all you need to relax and unwind directly on the beach. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a new kitchen, very large deck and all the amenities you could ask for. Walk to the public beach, the splash pad or either of the two amazing seafood restaurants all within a few feet. Wake and fall asleep to the peaceful sound of ocean waves--the beach is calling. Amazing beach house

We had a beautiful time . Kids didn’t wanted to leave. Amazing views from house , mostly just hung out by the water, watched the birds, and enjoyed the amazing views of the sky. We will be definitely back.

Charming house right on the water; super clean and very comfortable!

The house met our needs perfectly! Close to the Yale campus (for a busy graduation weekend) but a world away in spirit. A calm, delightful respite from the busyness of the campus.

Great kitchen for family who likes to cook

Well equipped with pans, knives and plates. We had a lovely Thanksgiving and enjoyed waking to the sound of waves on the shore.

We are so pleased we chose to stay here! The cottage is absolutely adorable and a great location! The place is super clean and comfortable! We felt like we were home. This is one of the best stays we have ever had (and we are very picky!). Thank you Daniel for making this an amazing experience!
