Greenlodge is a second row cottage located in the quiet community of Bayview, 8 minutes north of Grand Bend (just south of St.Joseph). Located near the White Squirrel Golf Course, Bar and Restaurant. Also near the Sunshine Chinese Canadian Bar/Restaurant. Features include High Speed Wireless internet, large private backyard, spacious deck and private community beach access.

The cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping 7 people in beds. A pack 'n play can be made available for infants. It has a nice open concept feel, with amenities including:

High speed wireless internet, a nice mix of modern and antique furnishings, large treed-in and private backyard, fire pit, flat screen TV, DVD player, movies, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker/microwave/toaster, dishes/cutlery, pots/pans, and full sized front load laundry.

Pets are not allowed inside - allergens/dander etc. Some exceptions may apply.

Great Place!

We had an amazing time. Cottage was beautiful inside and out. Had everything we needed. Was in a great location to town and surrounding areas. We can't wait to go back again!!

Had a blast

My family and I stayed at the this nice cozy.cottage we had a great time. The best part is the private beach where you can have a bonfire and enjoy swimming with the family. The cottage is nice, clean. The host Jeremy is nice.And is quick to respond if he is needed. We would definitely stay there again thank you Jeremy

Perfect Get away little heaven cottage

this is a very clean and cute cottage. Owners allowed us to stay 3 hours longer for free. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Girls conference weekend. From arrival to check out, it was all smooth. Very clean cottage. Great location to everything and the owners are very attentive to your needs and communication was on point! We will be back.

Great time, great property!

We just had a beautiful getaway at Greenlodge! The trees, the fresh air, the modern cottage-feel...it was all so nice. The quietness of the street and area was also what we needed. The cottage itself was large enough for my family and then some! Everything was laid-out nicely and we really couldn't point out any negatives. I would return!

The rooms were clean and nice, well appointed. Overall the stay was good. But the host did not seem to want to communicate via the VRBO messaging system, instead emailing and texting. There was also a Linen rental fee (sheets and towels), and a deposit asked of us through email that was not disclosed in the listing. In fact, in the listing it states there are no additional fees.

Miriam was a good guest. We would welcome her group back anytime. Re: Messaging via text or email: I was unaware the guest didn't prefer this. For me, I can message through the VRBO app on my computer, but not on my phone, so its much easier for me to text or email rather than messaging through the app. (The deposit was not a fee, it was a $250 refundable security deposit which was refunded in full within a few days of their stay.)

Perfect Family Cottage

My husband and I stayed here along with our 5 children - the cottage is spacious and clean in a wonderful little community. We had no issues and truly enjoyed our vacation 😊

We are a family of 6, with two rental cottages very close to eachother, just North of Grand Bend.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because we fell in love with the Grand Bend and Bayfield areas - with so much to offer families on vacation!
Battling the same thing every other family with children faces as they get older; keeping the kids occupied with outdoor activities is a much greater alternative.
