Please note that the beach comes and goes with the tide and the storms. We unfortunately do not have control over the access to the beach. Sometimes it is perfect and other times it has a bit of a drop off which can be challenging for our seniors.

NOTE: We have added some games and puzzles.
We are providing 10 plush beach towels. They are not part of the linen package you will need to launder them if you choose to use them. If they are not laundered and returned to the basket you will incur additional cleaning fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional feels will be charged if:
1. Food is left in the refrigerator. Outer Banks Food Pantry would love to have unopened food if you cannot take it with you.
2. Cleaning of beach towels that are not part of the linen package.
3. Moving furniture back to its original location.
4. Any other additional work for the cleaning staff. Please see check out procedure.

House was clean and accurately depicted from the photos. Updated and perfectly located. I traveled with my two children, 11 and 9, so there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Cooked most of our meals at the house. Beds were comfortable and smart TVs were great. One of the best VRBO rentals I have rented and there have been dozens over the years. We look forward to booking again!

Memorial Week Getaway

Amazing!! This property was perfect. Fantastic views, lots of space for everyone, located close to the piers, restaurants, shopping and the Bodie Island Lighthouse. I would 100% recommend. If we come back to Nags Head we will definitely book this property.

Family vacation

The house is wonderful! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, wonderful location and ocean views. The beach front was wonderful! The owners were very quick to responsed to a couple issues we had and fixed things right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great time in September Labor Day week trip. You can see beautiful sunrise from the deck or living room every morning and the location is great. Easy access to the beach and fun to walk to Fish Heads (the Fish Heads parking is awful). We were very sad to leave.

We throughly enjoyed the week at Nags Head with our two daughters. Great location, beachfront, but in a more private area. The house was designed to optimize ocean views. Sunsets were gorgeous. Many nearby dining options with good seafood. Would recommend.

Everything about this trip was amazing. Comfy beds, beautiful renovation, great bunk beds for the kids, views for days and we loved the gazebo and sat there every day. Our 3 kids (8,4,and 23m) had the best time and the house was very safe for them. Looking at going back next year already!

Family beach vacation

Unbelievably beautiful ocean views . This house is in the perfect location to enjoy a beach vacation. Nicely furnished, updated and well equipped home just steps from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. We had six adults and four children, and there was ample space to accommodate all of us. The owners are wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to questions or concerns and were very helpful with informing us of things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is seeking a beach vacation in the Outer Banks.

The house was perfect for our family of 8! The bunk room downstairs was perfect for the grandchildren! Unfortunately, the weather was pretty dismal during our stay, but the one nice day on the beach was perfection! Kitchen was great for family dinners in...all the cookware we needed, high end appliances, plenty of counter space. We would definitely recommend!

Completely as advertised...Endless Views!

This property is AMAZING! Incredible views, modern comfortable furnishings, and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beach. Unlike older properties we've stayed at in Nag's Head, this property while well-equipped with basic necessities, does not have extras like beach chairs, beach towels, books, puzzles, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. Will definitely stay again...next time for 2 weeks!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house so much. The location was perfect with panoramic ocean views, a private boardwalk to the beach and a shaded gazebo. It was close to activities and amenities but the area felt very private as well. The beaches were not crowded at all! The layout was great for our family- the lower level with the family room and bunk room was a great hangout spot for the 2 teens with us. The kitchen is compact but offers everything you need to cook a decent meal. Everything is recently updated and in good shape; as pictured in the listing. It was a fantastic stay!

Beach getaway

The beach access and number of people were great. Not so crowed as major beaches. The water was cool for this time of year but that is the weather. Lots of things to do but not as many bigger choices as most Florida beaches. Restaurants were plentiful. A bit of a wait if you get to the better restaurants after 5:30. Water was rougher than gulf beaches. More a beach lovers spot than entertainment spot verses Virginia,myrtle,Daytona and so forth beaches.

Perfect vacation house

The best word to describe our experience is perfect. The house was clean, open, fit the description/pictures, and suited our family’s needs. I had no issues with communicating with the host and the check in/out procedures were fair and straightforward. The best part of this place is by far the location, being able to walk out of the back door right onto the beach is unmatched. The only issue I could see is the sand dune could be a little steep for a child or elderly person but that is just the nature of the beach and is almost unavoidable. We will be back.

Perfect beach house

This house is perfect! Was just the right size for 9 of us ages 2 1/2, 5,8 and 6 adults. Location was amazing with the beach right out the back door. Views of the ocean were gorgeous. This house was full of natural light. The open kitchen, dining and living area was wonderful. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. very nice deck with covered gazebo to get out of the sun. Nice Adirondack chairs on the deck. Outside shower that was very handy. Would definitely recommend this beach house to others.

Beautiful view

Overall the house is really nice! The view is awesome with a whole wall of glass doors to view the waves and beach. The covered space outside was perfect for cooling down in the shade. The downstairs den was a neat additional space with the couches and tvs. We only used the space to exercise but were happy to have a place to do that away from others. There were four adults and this house offered a comfortable space. It would feel tight to have many more people. The basement bunk room would be fine for small children. It was wonderful to have a bathroom in the master but it was very tiny. The shower was a nice size but the bathroom itself was only useable for 1 person at a time. The location in south Nags Head is awesome, quiet and beautiful. Communication with the owners was easy with quick replies. We had a wonderful vacation.

Just what we needed

This was our second time staying here .. we had a great time this year we had more family with us this go around . The view is breathtaking sadly the replenishment was taking place in front of us as well as others but we utilized the deck and slope off of our dune .to make the best of the last two days .. I am looking for availability next year already but may have to do a fall trip , they are booked most of the summer . .

Can't Beat the Views or Walk to the Beach

The property is right on the beach. Sliding-glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows run nearly the full back of the house providing spectacular views of the ocean and dunes from living area, dining area and kitchen. A wood deck wraps around the entire house, and from the back deck, the views are postcard perfect. A wood walkway extends from the deck to the beach - only 50 feet or so from the house. A gazebo built onto the deck provides shade during the day and cover during the rain. Just a great place to enjoy the beach.
