CORAL BAY VILLA is a beautiful Resort concept unit that has more than 1,600 square feet long beauty construction, 3 bedrooms with a walking closet and huge bathroom in the Master bedroom; 2.5 bathrooms total with a balcony and garden patio lake view. The unit is located within 15 feet short walk to a beautiful pool; Harbour Lakes offers a beautiful community main pool for a total of 5 pools; Harbour Lakes is surrounded from lakes all around the complex to make your stay comfortable and relaxing enough. Located within Palmas del Mar community in Puerto Rico, our Harbour Lakes properties offer spacious and tastefully appointed Resort concept units that can be unmatched; short walk away to the clubhouse, guests visitors may have access to Palmas del Mar amenities which include two 18-hole golf courses, the largest tennis center in the Caribbean, a mile long beach, marina, dining, nightlife, equestrian center, and miles and miles of running and cycling trails.

Now we just added a powerful backup battery with 19.02 Kilowatts, so if there’s is a mayor electricity power failure, we have you covered for an extra day until the electricity is back to normal operations. Usually it does not take more than half hour for electricity to go back to normal operations but in case you need an extra day, no worries, we have you covered like a regular day. So, book your stay with confidence; you will not regret it a bit. Thank you for your support.

We had an excellent stay! The location was great and the home was comfortable and clean. Everything worked, including WiFi, TV, grill, appliances, and A/C units. The master bed and pillows were more comfortable than mine at home!! David, our host, was fantastic with communication before, during, and after our stay. He provided tons of valuable and detailed information for getting there, accessing the unit, using features within the unit, and places of interest around us. His response time was immediate for any questions. Of everything else, this was most important to me since we were going someplace we had never been before!! I highly recommend booking this place!!!

Nice stay, but the owner was very obtrusive.

I rented this property for my mother to stay in over Christmas. While the owner seems very kind he has some concerning behaviors. He required that I meet him the day before my mother came to "go over" the property. I have never been required to do this before and it made me very uncomfortable. He has a lot of cameras on the property and was texting me a lot about our comings and goings. There is also a camera in the main living area. He texted me daily about what to do and what not to do in and around the property. Meaning he was watching my mother very closely in the house. He even mentioned something about my mother's religion which requires her to wear special pieces of clothing. Which means he was watching her and what she was wearing every day. I think this behavior is very concerning and deplorable. I was very uncomfortable throughout the entire rental. At the end of my mother's stay, he texted me to tell me he was sad that we hadn't used the property as intended "to have fun". But how can you relax and have fun when you know the property owner is watching what you do every day? The whole situation made me so uncomfortable and weary that I would NOT recommend this property to anyone as the owner does not respect privacy and a need for relaxation while on vacation. I understand the concern about renting your property, but if you are concerned enough to text your guests every day about something not worth bothering anyone over and cameras all over your house, you should not rent your property to people. I should also mention that my mother is 77 years old and a very respectful guest. This level of texting, meeting requirements before the stay, and cameras is unnecessary, intrusive, and a concern for guests.

This rental experience was outstanding. David, the host, was friendly and super-helpful, sending driving directions and google maps to assist finding the villa. He also sent us information/ driving directions of local entertainment. The villa is in an excellent location, very nice, safe and quiet place. The community pool is just at walking distance. The rental was spacious and clean and has many amenities. We bought some groceries and the home had everything we needed to have a good time. We plan on reserving this same Villa on future trips to the island.

Good Location

The property was spacious, and was an ample amount for my family. All of the rooms were well kept and tidy. It was in close proximity to the pool which made for a fast trip. Wifi did not work as well in the bedrooms as it did in the kitchen.
