The Studio is private, good view and a fenced yard for pets. See pics! We are located on 18 acres on a hilltop in the beautiful Texas Hill Country,near the city of Kerrville! Approximately 3 miles from downtown and Guadalupe River. We have a swimming pool and game room! We’re about 22 minutes from Fredericksburg! A place to relax, enjoy the Guadalupe River minutes away, the Kerrville nature/ bike and riverwalk. Also several museums are also nearby, as well as, the Nature Center, Hill Country wineries, annual Arts and Crafts Festival and music festivals. Other activities such as hunting, fishing, biking, horseback riding & canoe, kayak, tube rentals are in the area. Less than an hour drive to San Antonio, we are close to Fredericksburg, Boerne, Comfort,and Bandera (Cowboy Capital of the World)!Our Place has a beautiful hilltop view.
We offer a studio which will sleep 4 people (a queen bed and a queen pull-out sofa). The studio also includes a full kitchen and full bath. Guests may also enjoy a separate game room (which also has a full/queen size sleeper sofa), with pool table, exercise bike, other games, DISH Network, smart TV’s ,and washer pit, The studio and game room combined offer guests approximately 1200 sq ft of private space. Our shared swimming pool is available 11 am - 10 pm for guest use, as well as, an extra outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill ,and BBQ areas. 46” Smart TV and Wifi internet available. The property has outdoor security cameras for safety. We offer a complimentary light grab & go breakfast and Free Southern Hospitality!

Rexaxing getaway

We went just to getaway from work. It was nice to have a small yard for our dogs to roam. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the game room.

Not Impressed

The house was very small and very hot. It was VERY hot. The window unit was very small and was in the kitchen. The property butted up against what looked like an RV/mobile home and old chicken coop. We didn’t have hot water which required the property owner/manager to come out and turn it on. We ended up leaving a day early, it was too unbearable. We will not stay again.
