The Studio is private, has a good view and a fenced yard for pets. The studio will sleep 4 people and game room sleeps 2. See pics! We are located on 18 acres on a hilltop in the beautiful Texas Hill Country,near the city of Kerrville! Approximately 3 miles from downtown and Guadalupe River. We have a swimming pool and game room! Ask about hunting privileges. We’re about 24 minutes from Fredericksburg! A place to relax, enjoy the Guadalupe River minutes away, the Kerrville nature/ bike and riverwalk. Several museums are also nearby, as well as, the Nature Center, Hill Country wineries, annual Arts and Crafts Festival and music festivals. Other activities such Guided Hunts, the Guadalupe River fishing, biking, horseback riding & canoe, kayak, tube rentals are in the area. Less than an hour drive to San Antonio, we are close to Fredericksburg, Boerne, Comfort, and Bandera (Cowboy Capital of the World)! Our Place has a beautiful hilltop view.
We offer a studio which will sleep 4 people (a queen bed and a queen pull-out sofa; a small cot-like rollout bed and air mattress (on request may also be available). The studio also includes a full kitchen and full bath. Guests may also enjoy a separate game room (which has a full-size sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional people). The game room has a pool table, other games, DISH Network, smart TV. The studio and game room combined offer guests approximately 1200 sq ft of private space. Our SHARED swimming pool is available 11 am - 10 pm for guest use, as well as, fire pit, gas grill and BBQ areas. 46” Smart TV and Wifi internet available. The property has outdoor security cameras for safety. We offer a complimentary light grab & go breakfast and Free Southern Hospitality!!

Everything was clean and tidy..Host was so helpful and responded with questions quickly. Kitchen was great with everything you could need! Pool was clean and just a Great Overall Relaxing Stay! We will definitely return! Oh and this place is great if you have fur babies because they have a side enclosed yard space for our babies!!

We were there for our sons college orientation. We had a great time and the views of wildlife and surroundings did not disappoint. Only drawback is that we wish we could have spent more time enjoying all the things. We were able to go swimming, shoot a little basketball and enjoy the many games provided. As this was the first of many trips for us we can't wait to book again as we know we will be spending a lot of our future in Kerrville and we feel like we found a little piece of paradise. Close to town that still feels like home.

We're going to be back and next time we hope it's warmer so we can swim! Everything was great and the landscape was beautiful! The only 2 things I'd request is 1 a new mattress for sofa bed and 2 maybe a fruit bowl to go with the granola bars and instant oatmeal 😋

Hidden Treasure!

Just a few blocks off Sydney Baker and up a hill is the cutest, fullystocked, beautifully laid out little getaway! Game room next door,a pool, and breathtaking views! Its tucked up and away from center of town but less than 5 min drive! Super private, relaxing, safe, and comfortable! A MUST for a quick weekend getaway

Wonderful Stay

Love this ranch style villa. The guest quarters were very comfortable w/ everything we needed. The breakfast items & pre-stocked keurig pods were a great touch. My family & I enjoyed the game room very much! Thank you for a great stay!
