This home is located on the second story, underneath the home is a huge shaded entertainment area where you can enjoy a game of ping pong, or darts. During the day, bring your boat and/or jet skis and enjoy some time on the lake! Easy access to open water. If you need a way to cool down, enjoy a Margarita from the Margarita Machine provided! When the sun goes down you can sit and relax by the outdoor fire pit. This truly is a Pecan Paradise!

• Bedroom 3 - Bunk Room with twin over twin beds plus twin trundle along with a separate twin bed - sleeps 4

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including the boat lift and jet ski ramp. Neighborhood boat ramp available to guests!

Great location and great house!

Our group of 6 with 4 adults and 2 teens had a great time! There were plenty of beds, dishes, chairs,... for all of us :) We parked our boat in the boat dock each night and used it on the lake all 3 days, and there was plenty of room for the two cars and boat trailer in the driveway. It was great having the grill where we cooked dinner and lunch every day. We greatly enjoyed the fire pit each night and made smores while lounging in the variety of cute chairs around it. The dart board and ping pong table were a great way to wind down after being on the lake each day. We all took turns playing against each other and had a blast with it! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Lake Weekend

We enjoyed the house. Kids loved the games underneath house which was shaded for them. House had all the necessities we needed for breakfast and cooking needs. The mattress in master probably needs replacing. Overall we have a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Stay

The house was perfect for our family and another family to stay. The kids loved all the fun outside games and they also loved fishing off the boat dock area. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a great time enjoyed being with family and we loved the scenery and activities outside . I was a little surprised with the cleanliness, but that can be fixed . I cleaned up when I got there so my family arrives to a clean home . But overall it was a great weekend. Thank you for our stay .
