This spacious condo features a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, indoor bike and ski storage, and two main suites! All this, truly just steps from the lift, and minutes from everything else in town.

This unit is part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickle and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms. If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.

Here are some highlights of the property itself that we know you'll love:

** This unit has two Main Suites. The first is on the ground floor with a queen bed, attached bathroom, and an additional twin bed, the other is on the top floor with a king bed, attached bathroom, and an additional double bed. So many places to sleep if you have a larger group!

** Just steps from the lift! No shuttles or driving required. Half your party ready and the other half not? Go hit a run and meet at the bottom. Don't want to spend money on lunch? Leave your gear and walk home for a tasty meal and head back out. Kids need a nap?.... I think you get the idea. Park your car and forget about it, you're staying the Lifts!

** This beautiful condo was just renovated in 2020 with every detail considered. We know you'll appreciate all the intentional touches that make this place really shine!

** The condo comfortably sleeps 11. Complete with 3 bedrooms and a loft space, there are 2 king beds, a queen, a full, and a set of twin over twin bunks. The condo is situated across 3 floors, with mini floors between, essentially making the home 6 levels. Keep reading for exact bedroom configurations.

** The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils you need, as well as paper towels, napkins, spices, olive oil, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. All you need to buy is the food! We also have laundry machines with detergent provided for the washer and dryer sheets for the dryer, just in case your mountain adventures get messy!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS:
This condo at the Lifts has beds for up to 11 in the following configurations. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and storage in the closet for bikes and skis, the other with a Queen and Twin bed and attached bathroom. On the top floor is the king bedroom with an additional double bed and attached bathroom, as well as the loft space with a set of twin-over-twin bunks. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor, two with showers, and one with a tub and shower. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap.

LIVING AREAS:
This multi-level condo provides plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. The main floor has a living room with comfortable furniture to relax on and a wood-burning fireplace to complete the "cozy" factor. Pull out one of our games or puzzles or put on a movie and enjoy some family, you can also spread out on the dining room table which overlooks the main living space.

KITCHEN/DINING
Our modern kitchen has everything you need! Enjoy our hot beverage station, featuring a Keurig coffeemaker, a regular coffeemaker, a French press, sugar/sweetener, and a tea kettle. Relax on the barstools while chatting with the cook – or enjoy cooking in our kitchen with up-to-date appliances and everything you need, including extras like a panini maker and waffle maker. Our kitchen has a plethora of cooking supplies and utensils – stainless appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven), a variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking dishes. For sharing family meals, our dining table seats 6 and room for 4 on the barstools in the kitchen.

There's a gas grill at the condo for your use - it's in the storage room in the downstairs bedroom and you can roll it just outside to grill.

ENTERTAINMENT:
In the living room, we have a TV with Dish satellite cable and a DVD player. The upper master has a TV with Dish satellite and the loft has a TV with a DVD player.

PARKING
There is no garage available at this condo, but there is parking just outside and a storage room for bikes and skis inside.

ENTRYWAY/LAUNDRY
Enter the house through the front door with our keyless lock. Inside you'll find hooks for coats and a bench for taking off muddy boots, for all other messes, we have laundry machines with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.
