We had a lovely 3 night stay on our way down to the Vendee. Christine made us very welcome, the property was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We had enjoyable BBQs on the terrace and our dog very much enjoyed the huge garden.

Great place, situated close to Le Mans but far enough away to feel remote still. Really clean and the host Christine is very helpful and makes sure you have everything for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful gite in the sarthe countryside

Our hosts were excellent. They communicated with us a lot before and during our arrival and were very flexible. They fixed an issue with the Internet in just 1 days (we needed it as we were working remotely) The countryside is amazing, covered in little interconnected paths for lovely walks, long and short. The cottage is beautiful and was immaculately clean when we arrived. It had everything we could need for our 3 week stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely gite and stay

Tucked away in a small village the gite is quiet and private. The owners are helpful and on hand but never intrusive. Their lovely dog liked to pay the odd visit too. The gite was spotlessly clean and everything was provided, we didnt need to purchase anything extra. It is quite rural but le Mans and plenty of other towns and villages are easy to get to via car with quiet local roads. Highlights of our stay were visiting le Mans, Mayenne, Abbey de l'Epau, Evron, Laval and plenty of local markets. Highly recommended for a holiday break with or without children.

2 night stay

Christine, the owner, was very welcoming and understanding because we were very late arriving for check-in. We really loved this gite, the 2 main bedrooms were large with wardrobes for hanging space, although we didn't need them. There is a washing machine also and a dishwasher and full cooking facilities. We became acquainted with Jaz the springer spaniel who was very well behaved. We also enjoyed looking around the huge gardens there and they are beautifully maintained. We spent a day out at the Le Mans museum and circuit which is a half hour drive from the gite. The gite is around 3 hours drive from Caen and is situated in a very small and quiet village. I would definitely stay again.

TrÚs bel endroit qui serait parfait avec quelques améliorations

Le gĂźte est accueillant et meublĂ© avec goĂ»t. L’emplacement est au calme, dans un village. Petit bĂ©mol sur quelques amĂ©nagements intĂ©rieurs : 1/ la porte donnant accĂšs Ă  la salle de bain Ă©tant vitrĂ©e, un rideau a Ă©tĂ© posĂ© devant la vitre mais d’une part il a Ă©tĂ© installĂ© Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de la salle de bain (j’ai trouvĂ© ce choix un peu Ă©trange) et d’autre part le rideau n’est pas assez large pour rĂ©ellement masquer toute la vitre
 2/ concernant la chambre passante, la lampe permettant d’éclairer le couloir menant aux deux autres chambres se trouve en fait au plafond de la chambre passante, si bien que si par rĂ©flexe vous appuyez sur l’interrupteur pour Ă©clairer le couloir, la lumiĂšre inonde la petite chambre et vous risquez fort d’en rĂ©veiller l’occupant
