About this property

Spoil yourself in the luxury of this sprawling modern coastal family friendly holiday home. Welcoming up to 8 guests, complete with stylish indoor and outdoor living and dining options, heating and cooling, and off-street parking for cars and boats.

The kitchen and living room;
The fully equipped kitchen features an expansive stone breakfast bench with seating, quality appliances including a gas cooktop with an electric oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a microwave. Dining options include gathering around the central family-size dining table or selecting the fabulous alfresco dining on the fabulous rear deck. The adjoining living room offers stylish comfortable furnishings, a widescreen Tv, and easy access to the Bbq and outdoor living. There is a second living room upstairs, featuring a Tv and big cozy beanbags, making it a perfect retreat for the kids. Complete with split system heating and cooling and Wi-Fi throughout.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, creating the perfect getaway for 2-3 families. The queen size master bedroom with WIR, ensuite & split system Ac is located on the ground level. The second bedroom sleeps 5 guests in tri bunks, a king single and a single trundle. There are tri bunks in the third bedroom and a double bed in the fourth bedroom. The family bathroom is located upstairs and features a separate bath and shower plus a separate toilet.

A third toilet is located on the ground floor.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
