About this property

Relax & unwind in this lovely light filled townhouse that is perfectly located, with beautiful Port Phillip Bay a short stroll away, Rosebud shops & local tourist attractions being a short drive.
THE Living Space: On the ground floor you will find a spacious airconditioned living space, complete with a lovely open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge & overlooking the outdoor undercover deck & courtyard area, complete with BBQ for entertaining your family & friends. Upstairs there is a second lounge room/foldout double sofa to chill out and give the adults some space.
Bedrooms: There are 3 large bedrooms all with reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort. 1 located downstairs and 2 upstairs. The master bedroom with 1 x queen bed is located on the ground floor complete with ensuite & WIR. The other well-proportioned bedrooms are located upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 x single beds, the other bedroom with a 1 x queen bed. Accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.
Bathrooms: Downstairs there is an ensuite to the master bedroom with shower (no bath), W/C & double sink. There is also a powder room off the living area. Upstairs the main bathroom has a large separate bath, shower & separate toilet.
Outdoors: The front garden is small but fully fenced. From the lovely O/P lounge step though the large sliding glass doors to the outdoor undercover deck & courtyard area, complete with BBQ for entertaining your family & friends. There is parking for 2 cars, off street, in front of the garage.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

Spacious house

This property was a very short walk to the beach. Quiet spot with a nice verandah and outdoor shower - very handy. 2 large living areas and plenty of room. Fairly well appointed but did have an issue in that linen only provided for 4 despite having booked for 8. Found 1 spare doona with no cover in a cupboard. Cannot contact management on weekend other leaving a message which was not responded to. After finally contacting them on the Monday and sending them a follow up email, an offer to resolve issue made but no further assistance given. Disappointing, however the place itself is very nice aside from this and would recommend as a great spot to stay.

Property had everything you needed beautiful modern clean townhouse close to the beach , very cosy and comfortable , mattress however was bit uncomfortable

What a home!

Spacious, clean, private. Even if you’re not a beach goer, this property is an entertainers paradise! Secure double garage, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, fantastic BBQ and outdoor seating. Worth every $$$

New, stylish, great location!

Great modern beach house with clean, new and easy to use facilities, everything we could need. Such comfy beds! Outdoor shower came in handy too. Thank you Peter and Lucy for your hospitality and such a wonderful getaway. x
