Wyomissing is a classic beach holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula.
If you are willing to BYO linen, REFRAIN FROM SMOKING in the house, have NO PARTIES ( abide by the MP council code of conduct), and TIDY and CLEAN when leaving, this could be the reasonably priced family holiday house for you. Its large backyard, outdoor & indoor living areas and quiet surroundings will ensure you will unwind and relax. It is the perfect place for a family holiday at the beach or base from which to explore the activities and sights of Rye and surrounds.

Wyomissing is pet friendly with a secure rear yard and multiple undercover and shady areas. The bay beach is only a short 300m walk away and the Rye shopping centre is not much further.

The main conditions of rental is that you bring your own linen (quilt covers and pillow cases) & towels, and you must leave the house cleaned and tidy. Both these conditions help our guests have a reasonably priced family beach holiday.

Property Features
The property features a large secure backyard, covered outdoor living areas, a shady tree to have drinks under, BBQ, carport, microwave, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and two TVs, all in a quiet residential area.
It offers a very relaxing time for all.

The house has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 in comfort. There is a queen size bed in the front bedroom, a double bed in the second middle bedroom, and 2 single beds in the rear children's bedroom. Remember to bring your linen!

Active children and well behaved pets will enjoy the open space of the secure backyard. Coloured lights can be switched on to brighten the outdoor area at night.

There is a wide easy accessed grassed driveway and boat washing/parking area and a separate secure undercover carport area as well.

Wyomissing is perfect for the family, but, NOT suitable for a schoolies type holiday. Guests who respect the house rules are welcome at Wyomissing.
HOUSE RULES
1. NO PARTIES – Guests must comply with the Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct.
2. NO smoking inside the house.
3. Bring your own linen.
4. Clean and tidy when vacating the property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Tidy and leave the house as you found it

Return all keys to their places

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests must bring their own Linen (sheets, pillowcases, quilt covers ∓;Towels) Quilts and pillows are provided

House must be left clean & tidy. A cleaning charge of a minimum $80 may apply if the house is not cleaned and tidy as at the start of rental.

Primary renter should be over 30yr old or acceptable to the owners. Damage and faults must be reported to the owners ASAP.

Girls getaway

Our stay was fantastic. Such a lovely house in a great location. It was wonderful to getaway from the city and hang-out with friends in such a great house.

Wyomissing retains much of the original charm and an eclectic mix of features of years gone by plus some modern touches.
