This 3-bedroom, fully-equipped home sleeps up to 8 guests upstairs, with an additional downstairs retreat for 2 more. All bed linen and essentials are provided for your comfort.

Unwind on the cozy lounge while soaking in those spectacular water views. The open-plan dining area and recently renovated kitchen seat 8–10 and include:

Dishwasher, electric stove & oven

Microwave, Aldi coffee machine, popcorn maker

Coffee/tea, cooking essentials, wine & champagne glasses

Plates, cutlery, and cookware for every meal

Please note: There is no internal staircase connecting the floors; the downstairs area is accessed via an external staircase

Tucked away on a quiet street with bay views and surrounded by nature. A car is recommended for exploring, though the foreshore is a lovely 10–15 minute walk away. Arthur’s Seat bottom station is also within easy reach.

Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles

Steep driveway – please take care when arriving and departing

Full access to the entire house, including high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix (bring your own logins)

Only registered guests permitted (extra charges apply for unlisted guests)

A security camera is positioned at the front of the property for added peace of mind.
