A classic brick facade invites you inside through a large double carport, greeting you with a vast open-plan layout that's rare for homes of its age. The dining area leads to a retro-chic laminate kitchen with a vintage orange hue and an electric cooker, linking with a full-sized laundry and sunroom to a large rear yard. A beachy blue emanates from the central bathroom and separate toilet serving two generous bedrooms, separate from a master suite at the front of the home with a full ensuite and his/her robes.

A gas heater complements ducted heating and air conditioning. Just metres from the sand, buses and Capel Sound shopping strip, and a vast array of inviting lifestyle amenities.
