Cute small cosy 2 bedroom unit for a couple, friends, or family of 2 -4

Accommodation for 2-4 people. Max 4 people only.
2 Adults and 2 children or 3-4 Adults.

Clean, bright, and cosy small beach unit. Ground floor unit with 2 decked outdoor entertaining areas. Comprising of 2 bedrooms -
1 Queen bed,
1 Double bed and 1 single bed.
Modern kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster full cooking facility.
Beautiful front and back garden fully decked.
Seperate toilet and bathroom with shower.
Washing machine and facilities including clothes line.
Cute cosy lounge room with TV and DVD
Dining table with 4 chairs

Gas heating
Daikin air conditioning and ceiling fans
Beautiful landscaped garden with parking for 1 car with single carport (visitor parking at the front or back of the property)

Lovely stroll to local shops and cafes
Beach is opposite 2 minute walk very safe front beach for swimming etc
Bike path and pier 10 mins
Children's playground and BBQ 2 mins walk (opposite)
2nd family area with playground and electric BBQs next to pier.

My friends and I were really pleased with the condition of the house on arrival. Comfortably fit 3 of us and had everything we needed. The host had really good communication and the place whilst it is amongst other houses it remained quiet and private. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Lovely beach house

We really enjoyed our weekend at Suzy’s cosy beach house. It is beautifully furnished with everything you need, and a very short walk to the beach, yacht club and shops. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay, the position of this place is amazing, so close to beach and a lovely walk into town (or very short uber trip). It was so clean with a lot of personality - everything you need. It is very homely and comfortable with 2 areas to sit outside. We will be back!
