Cute small cosy 2 bedroom unit for a couple, friends, or family of 2 -4

Accommodation for 2-4 people. Max 4 people only.
2 Adults and 2 children or 3-4 Adults.

Clean, bright, and cosy small beach unit. Ground floor unit with 2 decked outdoor entertaining areas. Comprising of 2 bedrooms -
1 Queen bed,
1 Double bed and 1 single bed.
Modern kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster full cooking facility.
Beautiful front and back garden fully decked.
Seperate toilet and bathroom with shower.
Washing machine and facilities including clothes line.
Cute cosy lounge room with TV and DVD
Dining table with 4 chairs

Daikin air conditioning and ceiling fans
Beautiful landscaped garden with parking for 1 car with single carport (visitor parking at the front or back of the property)

Beach is opposite 2 minute walk very safe front beach for swimming etc

Children's playground and BBQ 2 mins walk (opposite)
2nd family area with playground and electric BBQs next to pier.

Definitely cute and cosy!

Loved this property! The decor was beautiful and gave the home a rustic beachy feel. Super convenient location with the beach at your doorstep and shops nearby. Communication from the host was great also, we would definitely want to stay here again!

Tranquil Delight

We enjoyed a 2 night stay, the position of this place is amazing, so close to beach and a lovely walk into town (or very short uber trip). It was so clean with a lot of personality - everything you need. It is very homely and comfortable with 2 areas to sit outside. We will be back!

Great 4 day stay!

My friends and I were really pleased with the condition of the house on arrival. Comfortably fit 3 of us and had everything we needed. The host had really good communication and the place whilst it is amongst other houses it remained quiet and private. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Cute little unit and enough for me and my little family. Loved that it was close and central to all the things we wanted to go and do. Easy to check in and the host replied very quickly 😌. Overall totally recommend.

Lovely beach house

We really enjoyed our weekend at Suzy’s cosy beach house. It is beautifully furnished with everything you need, and a very short walk to the beach, yacht club and shops. Highly recommended!

This little cottage was perfect for our young family of 4. The facilities met all of our needs.

Highly recommend for 4 or less. Good amount of kitchenware for cooking meals. Enough furniture to lounge around inside & out. Quiet area & very close to beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay & would stay here again in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We spent a lovely, long weekend at Calista. This is such a cosy little beach house – very comfortable with two private, quiet outdoor areas ideal for a morning coffee or a drink later in the day. Well-appointed with all mod cons, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meal prep and cooking. Dining and shopping options are a short drive away and best of all, Rosebud beach is literally right across the road. Suzy was a welcoming and responsive host - from the moment we made the reservation until we checked out, she made us feel like valued guests. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Good location Good Stay

Small setback unit amongst others off the main road, which never was an issue getting out or in. You can walk straight over the road to the beach Very small unit and basic to suit sleep and eating needs. Bathroom combined with laundry which walks into toilet. Which might not suit some visitors. The shower does the job but likened to cabin park blocks of showers. Bedrooms clean and very comfy. TV basic not a smart tv but plenty of DVDs to keep you occupied if you need it. Kitchen has all supplies to cook but no tea or coffee, salt or pepper etc which made for an expensive extra shop for our short stay with kids but in addition it’s a bit extra to pack which I wasn’t accustomed to with my other bookings. There’s a nice shaded front deck and small back area covered. It’s enough for a couple or friends who need a base only. Unit blocks are quiet. Satisfactory stay the owner was extremely welcoming
