Mirriam Retreat - Life by the Beach

Three bedroom, four beds, sleeps six people with kitchen facilities, dining room and living room.Laundry 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom and 1 ensuite)

Less than 400m to the beach. You will love the clean beach, perfect for the quiet weekend, for time at the beach with the family, visiting the local vineyards, taking a walk along the myriad of local tracks or for exploring the Peninsula. Close to the hot springs. You will have so much at your finger tips.

Ducted heating and Split system aircon in the kitchen / dining room for those hot summer days or the chilly winter nights. Ceiling fans in bedrooms kitchen and lounge. All the kitchen facilities you need to cook up a storm for the family or your friends. BBQ on the back deck if you prefer to enjoy the sunshine whilst knocking up a feast.

Towels and linen are included so you can enjoy your stay with the minimum of fuss.

Washing machine provided if needed during your stay.

Bathroom and separate ensuite inside the house.

Shops and restaurants are only a short distance away.

Miriam Avenue retreat was a delight to stay in - walking distance to the beach and clean and comfortable furnished with all the basics inside and outside too with decked backyard complete with BBQ! We will definitely come here again!

Our family enjoyed a perfect mini holiday at this wonderful property. It has everything you need and more. Conveniently located near beach, shops, ice cream & coffee! Everything was ok. It’s a shame there is no wifi. Unfortunately there was only one pan so I had to purchase some of my own while I was up there so o could cook. The cutlery was very dirty. Apart from that the house was nice. Thankyou

House could have done with a tidy up in the garden and items laying around outside (appeared to be untidy). On the inside we had cobwebs and dust. The single beds (obviously these were for kids, I was the youngest at 53)) were uncomfortable as spring could be felt through the mattress. Overall a pleasant stay.

Clean and tidy house with a great gelato around the corner

We stayed during the recent long weekend and relaxed. The house was clean and had everything we need. Our daughter loved the lounge chairs (of all things) and there is also a bonus great gelato place around the corner meaning we had too much ice cream as a result. The beach is across the road and easilly accessible. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A clean, bright and handy unit presented perfectly. As three mature adults, everything we wanted and more. Handy for beach walks and fabulous restaurant and short drive to shops. Would definitely recommend.

'Good clean house'

Clean house. Loved as walking distance to beach. Only problem was hot water system issues. once in the bath, you get on & off hot water & then cold water. Also water prasure is so low & couldn't get good quality bath after having whole day activities. Other than that nothing elste to complain.

Perfect mix of beach & family activities

Very comfortable, had everything we needed to keep a family of 5 happy - we walked down the quiet street to the beach every day and could pop home for lunch easily. The beach was pristine and gorgeous, great for little ones as the water remains shallow with only small waves - we had a lovely rekaxing time. Having 2 bathrooms and a separate lounge area made it an ideal space for us. Would definitely go again!
