The Complete Retreat

This large resort style home is situated in a quiet court on an extensive 2 acre block complete with your own tennis court, outdoor and indoor spa, pool table, table tennis table, basketball ring, bikes and fire pit for the cooler months, solar heated pool for the warmer ones.
The 5 bedroom house has 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas and an office space. An open plan kitchen, dining, living area has an indoor fireplace with enough room for everyone to gather.
There’s some board games, books, toys and games in the cupboard, sporting equipment: tennis racquets, cricket gear, balls, finska, bocce, and more in the outdoor man cave/fem den.
Netflix and Kayo are on hand for those rainy days inside as well as a converted garage with your own gym, darts, pool/table tennis table, and extra fridge.
There is plenty of parking for any vehicles, boats, etc, and the property is pet-friendly outside. If needing a getaway any time of year.. there's something here to keep you busy, so just pack food, clothes and your towels for the spa... the rest is all here!

Guests must return all furniture to original location. Tidy the pool storage room and hallway games cupboard. Remove any waste from pets.
Rubbish must be taken to bins and bins wheeled to the kerb for collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed here for 5 days in Yarrawonga and absolutely loved it. The pool was perfect — a great size and well used every day. There was heaps of entertainment for everyone in the house, and even with 11 people staying, it never once felt cramped. A really comfortable and well-set-up retreat.

Great family getaway with plenty of things to do

Big home with plenty of space. Tennis court is a winner. Not too far from town. Host goes out of the way to make sure you’ve got everything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room inside and out. Much better place than the photos in listing. Only issue was pool wasn’t clean as expected.

Thanks Dineth, glad you enjoyed your stay. I do understand a couple of frogs jumped into the pool during your stay, unfortunately there is very little we can do about this, as they are native to this area and love the water. Strongly advise keeping the cover on as suggested.

Perfect retreat with everything you need

The house is amazingly spacious and so well equipped. Our teenagers had more than enough entertainment options and we all enjoyed the pool with some brilliant late-March weather. Kay is a generous host and communication was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here!

Everything you need

Lovely large home for families with everything you need for a great stay! We enjoyed our time. The pool and tennis court were great. Kids all got their own room which was a big win as well. Would have liked to be walking distance to shops etc but was only a short drive so not a big deal. Only complaint was the showers, really hard to get a good temp and pressure was not good.

Perfect place for a getaway with friends

We loved our stay with friends and children of varied ages. Everything we possibly needed was at the house, and everyone enjoyed all the facilities, especially the tenniscourt and the children even jumped in the pool in the middle of winter. The fire kept the house beautifully cosy and it was very handy having a few little essentials in the pantry to make use of. Kay was very accommodating and prompt to deal with. Would definitely consider returning another time.

Ladies Weekend Away

We were 5 ladies who came awayfor a weekend away and had an absolute ball. Very clean and tidy heaps of room and plenty to do. All the extra special little touches. We didn’t have to bring anything except our food and drinks. Kay was really lovely and kept in touch and we knew she was only a phone call away. A house with everything.

The house was in a quiet location. It is well kept and very clean. It had everything thing our family needed to have a great Christmas together. All the bedrooms are a good size and air conditioner works well. The pool location is perfect , and having a tennis court added more fun. Kay and Brayden are very kind, we had great communication prior and during our stay. I would highly recommend this accomadation.
