"Stavros Traditional Villa" near Falasarna & Balos sea-lagoon, offers two double bedrooms and one twin bunk bedroom, large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and bathroom!

We have a large, beautiful lawn paved garden with trees and different sitting and dining areas! There is dining table with parasol, gazebo with lounge furniture and swinging sofa! It is just perfect for families with children, for sunbathing or just enjoying the evening breeze with your favorite drink!

Central Chania is only 40 minutes away if you are in a more cosmopolitan mood or feel like exploring some historical sights and stroll around the Venetian Port!

• Bedrooms
Our home offers three spacious modern bedrooms, fully air-conditioned and decorated in vivid colors. The two double bedrooms offer queen size beds, dressers, wardrobes and side tables. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. Fresh and clean linens are provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay!

• Bathrooms
There is a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. All kinds of essentials and towels provided by us for our guests. A washing machine is available.

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. The wooden dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate six persons.

• Living Room
There are two comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table. There are a TV and air-conditioning. If you are a wintertime visitor you can also relax and keep warm in front of the fireplace. The room offers great views of the garden.

• Outdoors
Our home is surrounded by lawn paved garden with different trees to offer you moments of relaxation and privacy. There are many different outdoor pieces of furniture like a dining table with chairs and parasol, a gazebo with lounge, and an outdoors swinging sofa, all ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just relaxing under the shadow on a summer noon. A barbecue is also available. There is also an outdoors shower ideal for washing off the sand as you get back from the beach. There is parking space.
