The green area of the Salvador Zoo is at the back of the house, so we have a lot of green around us, which makes the stay very pleasant.

Our 4-storey house, built in the 80's, was transformed into small apartments with a lot of love and care, always maintaining the rustic comfort and original items of the house. There are two floors above street level, with apartments overlooking the condominium and two floors below street level, the latter with the best views of the house as they face the green area of Ondina. We love this rustic style, hardwood and stones were used in abundance in the construction, the stone retaining wall of the hillside was exposed in the apartments below street level (very heavy rains can cause an increase in humidity on the wall due to of the land on the other side, but it’s too charming to cover). Most of the house's floor is in slate, which gives this rustic characteristic instead of the "clean" style of porcelain used in most apartments and houses today.
